Hello, 
This is my situation:
I am from India and I lived in the Netherlands from 2012 till 2014 as a student. So I paid international student fee. 
In 2014, I moved to Germany for my Job. 
In 2016, I came back to the Netherlands to start my Job again. 
Till 2014, I was able to transfer my student fee as an expense and I still around 12000 Euros pending as expense from 2014 declaration. I was told that I could move this amount to the next following years. 

Now, since I work in the Netherlands, I would like to carry over my expense from 2014 till 2016 and 2017. However, since I did not live in the Netherlands from September 2014 till May 2016, I do not know how to file my tax for those years. 

Would you be able to help me filing the tax returns from 2014 till 2017. Also, do you have an estimate on how much it would cost?
